The Literacy Center of Harlingen operates on a very small budget (approximately $70,000 per year). Considering our operating expenses, it costs approximately $400 per year to educate one student.

$50 will sponsor a tutor training workshop
$100 will purchase five student workbooks
$200 will purchase ten student workbooks
$400 will provide instruction to one student for one year
